Melisa Mazotti, Vice President of Tucker Associates Real Estate Services, Inc. finds the positive with every corner she takes. A fulltime professional and Mother, Melisa still takes the time to connect with the community around her. Earning her "Trailblazer in Community Outreach Award", one of many ways Tucker Associates motivates staff and rewards leadership.
Melisa has recently been active in REO and Forclosure properties, spending Time at the National Assciation of Realtor's convention, as well in short sale and REO seminars. This allows her investors to obtain homes at great values, while expediting the REO process.
Melisa was diagnosed with cancer in 98, subsequently her Grandmother was diagnosed with colon and then breast cancer. Melisa needed an outlet for stress and concern for her family. Helping others along her personal journey of healing is a tradition that she continues to travel, while involving her young kids in the process.
Tucker Associates saltues Melisa as a role model for family and community alike. To that end, Tucker Associates invites their friends and neighbors to be mindful of the difference one person can make.
"A portion of my commission checks goes to my clients favorite charity or a local charity. I would not be able to contribute to these great causes, if it weren't for the generosity of my clients, family and friends who are eager to donate each and every time I ask", shares Melisa.
A few charitable orginizations that Melisa supports are Avon's Walk For The Cure, Mother's Against Drunk Driving (MADD), her daughter's School Valley View Elementary in Pleasanton, Golden View Elementary, Habitat for Humanity, Alisa Ann Ruch Children Burn Foundation, Children Hospital in Oakland, Kieretsu Charity Fundraiser, Diablo Women's fundraiser for Friend's of Faith, Shepherds Gate and Tri-Valley Animal Rescue (TVAR).
Not only do the agents at Tucker Associates donate a portion of every sales transaction to a great cause, they do so in the client's name. Conveniently advertising multiple charities and great organizations on the community page of their website, they invite clients to select one for a dontation, or ask that the client nominate a personal favorite.
